"As a driver, the developers are pretty flexible with the time pickups, as are the riders. They are understanding about issues such as traffic or other detours that may impact the pickup times. I've always been able to get paid quickly once I've dropped the rider off. I'm still not entirely sure how pay is determined for trips as they vary every time, but it does increase in value if no one has claimed the ride. Overall, I'm pleased with working for Hitch.☺️"
